Molly met Gemma in Manchester by awarding her with hair extension specialist of the year!

Our amazing Ben and Adam are taking part in Macmillan’s Mullet May-hem with a twist, for every £50 raised they will add an inch of hair extensions onto their mullet.

The money will go towards both Macmillan and Octo, our very own charity, Macmillan works to help improve peoples lives who are living with cancer and Octo works to provide people affected by hair loss due to conditions to provide free wigs and hair loss solutions.

This month Molly returned to Salisbury District Hospital to provide her wig clinic and it went amazing as always, she had the privilege to provide 4 lovely ladies with their perfect wigs and answered plenty of questions which led to more booking in to allow us to help find their perfect wig using our in salon consultations!

The team attended the Wilton Rotary Club’s charity quiz on the 11th of April with 11 teams competing for prizes thought the night, with raffle tickets and prizes alongside them, the event raised loads of money and was great fun for those who attended!
Bradbeers are supporting us through providing our lovely customers with a free makeover or makeup lesson and have also agreed to provide our amazing hair loss customers with the same including a goodie bag! x
We can’t thank Bradbeers enough for agreeing to help and make this hard time easier for our lovely ladies by helping us give them a well-deserved pamper.
Earlier this month the team attended a group sound bath in the salon which allowed us all to decompress and find moments of calm in the chaos around us.
The team plans to hold another sound bath which will be open to our regular customers in the coming months, to make sure you qualify to join the team in this experience you must have had an appointment or purchased something from us at least 4 months before the sound bath.
The brilliant Nathan Strong ran the Manchester Marathon and chose to support us and our charity Octo.
He took on this tall task because our amazing Molly helped his mum after going through a tough time and assisted her in finding her perfect wig to help her stay comfortable.
We can’t thank him enough after raising a huge £1,375 going above and beyond his initial goal, and helping us provide more perfect wigs to ladies! Salisbury TV came down to the salon and interviewed the team about our very own charity OCTO which deals with hair loss from reasons like alopecia and cancer treatment to help provided free wigs to the affected helping make their experience as easy as possible, find out the teams experiences and how we feel it helps people by watching it on Salisbury TV!

Our IT guy Adam is going on a trip, he’s walking to Ukraine to raise money for hospitals and supplies for the affected civilians in the war zone, he will be gone for roughly 60 days with himself and 2 friends James and Kyle. They will be taking donations closer to the leaving date (the end of June) and will be documenting their journey on their instagram account “step2ukraine” feel free to follow!
We also celebrated Adam’s year anniversary, it has been a pleasure having him here for a year. He first joined us on his work experience from Wiltshire College and we never let him go!
